Prices and currency
Our UK store displays prices in pounds sterling (GBP / £). Review the complete order total, including any applicable taxes or charges displayed, before submitting a purchase. Standard UK shipping is free. A bank converting another currency may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
Available payment methods
Use only a payment option actually offered and enabled at checkout. Availability can depend on the provider, device and transaction. A card logo or wallet name elsewhere on a website is not confirmation that the method is supported. If checkout offers no payment method, a payment cannot currently be completed. Contact us for help; do not send money to an unverified account.
Keep payment details private
Where enabled, a payment provider handles the transaction under its own security and privacy arrangements. Never email full card details, a card security code, passwords or a one-time authentication code to Atlantic Jackets. We may pause an order to check a genuine payment or security concern.
Payment problems
For a decline, check the billing details and consult the payment provider. Before retrying after an error, check whether an order confirmation or charge already exists to avoid duplicate orders. Email support@atlanticjackets.com with the order reference and a description of the issue, without sensitive card information.
Refunds and cancelled purchases
Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method. Our processing target is 7 business days after approval, subject to the earlier deadline required by law. Bank posting times can vary. Read the Returns and Refund Policy and Order Cancellation Policy for eligibility and deadlines.
