Our store and these terms
These terms cover the UK online jacket store operated as Atlantic Jackets at atlanticjackets.com. You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase. Read the product information and linked policies before ordering; contact us if anything is unclear. Nothing here removes a mandatory consumer right.
Product information
Check the selected style, colour, size and stated material carefully. A genuine leather description applies only to the product expressly described that way. Screen settings can affect colour appearance, but products must still match their description and meet applicable legal standards. Product images and descriptions must not be used to substitute a materially different item.
Placing and accepting an order
Your submitted order is an offer to buy. An automatic receipt confirms that the order reached the store, rather than accepting it; acceptance occurs when we send dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. Payment approval and availability must be checked. If fulfilment cannot proceed because of unavailable stock, a material error, an invalid address or a genuine security issue, we will explain the position and refund any payment due. An incorrect price will not be imposed without your agreement.
Price and payment
Prices are in GBP. Check the final total before submitting payment. Only enabled checkout payment methods are available; the Payment Policy explains how payment enquiries are handled. Price changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted order. Promotional conditions are shown with the offer; codes have no cash value and cannot be combined unless the offer allows it.
Delivery and your order
Standard UK delivery is free. Processing is normally 1–2 business days followed by estimated transit of 7–9 business days. See the Shipping Policy for timing, cut-off and delivery issues. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate, subject to applicable law.
Returns and cancellation
For an online change of mind, tell us within 14 days after delivery and return the item within the following 14 days. Customer-paid return postage applies to change-of-mind returns; we cover an agreed return for faulty or incorrect goods. Legal remedies for faulty goods remain available beyond this cooling-off period. Read the Returns and Refund Policy and Order Cancellation Policy.
Using the website
Do not misuse accounts, impersonate another person, introduce harmful software, attempt unauthorised access or copy protected store content for commercial use without permission. We may restrict access reasonably to protect the service, but cannot use this to remove rights relating to an existing purchase. External services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Responsibility and disputes
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms concern consumer shopping; they do not promise uninterrupted website access. English law applies, while mandatory protections and courts available to consumers in other parts of the UK remain unaffected. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint.
Changes to these terms
New terms may apply to future purchases. The version in force when your order was accepted continues to govern that order unless a lawful change is agreed.
